Recently purchased tickets for 3 friends to visit me in San Diego. 2 days after receiving the confirmation one of my friends told me I misspelled their last name. One letter of their name was incorrect. Well, you would have thought I wanted CheapoAir to land me on Jupiter.
Agony, frustration, hours on hold, website errors, incorrect information by "customer service", conflicting information between "customer service" agents.
After all that BS I still don't know what is going to happen when my friends get to the airport.....probably get stripped searched, interrogated and arrested. All because CheapoAir has no system in place for correcting one letter on a ticket.

Please forward the 8 digit booking number to our priority customer service team. We will check into the delay. Just to let you know that once tickets are issued and it's past 24 hours, name changes are not allowed, or even modification without authorization from the airline. This rule has been in affect for over 10 years. So if you are not a seasoned traveler, this can be confusing on why something so easy, can actually be complicated. We do submit the request to the individual airline, and you are at their mercy for a turn around time. I look forward to receiving the booking details so that we can get this resolved.
