There is a mistake on an e-ticket. I called them same day as a ticket was purchased. Was on hold for over an hour, finally talked to a person, explained my problem and he promised to call me back in a few hours. Never happened. I called many more times but couldn't get through. I email them. No response.
And now the flight is 2 days away and I'm on a phone with them for almost 2 hours. All they are saying is that I basically lost my ticket that cost me over $1200 plus almost $800 for a child's ticket. I'm furious. The whole vacation is ruined. Thank you Cheapoair!
