“Great site, many discount deals, ”

I use this site very often and like it very much! It is fast, accurate, reliable, very easy to find and book a hotel. There are lot of different types of sorting, I like sorting by deal, very convenient as discounted hotel deals are listed first and discount could be really huge - up to 70%. Hotels offer is huge! Should definitely recommend to friends. (read more)

I booked a hotel stay for summer 2012 from this website, but unfortunately had to change my plans due to a family issue. After speaking to their telesales support they refunded me the full amount that I had paid. The total time taken to get the funds back was around two weeks, which could have been quicker which is why -im only giving them 4 stars, the rest of the service was perfect thank you! (read more)
