For Spanish names, we usually use two surnames and it wouldn't let me separate both surnames with a space or a hyphen. It's the only negative thing I found which could present problems at check-in. For the most, it was user friendly. (read more)

The price was higher than everyone else but they had seats avaiable and lower cost for flight insurance. I would use this booking site again before orbitz.
