this is the last time I tried to use Cheap Tickets, I booked the flight, and entered my credit card information, however, instead to go to the next screen with a receipt and confirmation, I was sent back saying my bank declined the transaction... I called my bank, and they said they paid it, checked my account, and they sure did... it took ma 30 minutes to find a number for customer service at Cheap Tickets, and another hour and 3 or 4 different departments, to finally get to the lady who told me that my reservation was declined, or something..I said why did you charge me for reservation on the flight that you don't have?? however, now i have to wait to get my $3000 back , and then with cash in hand, i am going to the airport to buy my tickets... this is not worth frustration and time... do not use this company for your traveling needs, they ar no good...

Stay on top of them big time. They've been withholding money from me for MONTHS.
