The hotel I stayed at was offering a lower price than what was booked through with Cheaptickets. The hotel was happy to credit me the difference but because it was booked through cheaptickets, I would have to go through them. They even had me have cheaptickets call the hotel to confirm. Cheaptickets customer service was of course, handled by a third party, who of course, barely understood English, let alone spoke the language. They had me on the phone for almost an hour, only to tell me they would not credit me the difference. This is even after they spoke to the hotel! Beyond frustrating. Needless to say, find someone else to do business with.
