Missed out two ports on the trip stating it was down to heavy weather. Response from crew and later customer services was that they had to reduce speed due to weather issues, however it was pretty obvious the ship had engine issues and was sailing 30% slower.
No apology, no part-refund, hard faced letter reply.
With other operators, we've had refunds for missed ports where it's the solely fault of the operator. Weather is perhaps understandable however, it's fairly obvious with perfectly level sea state that the (alleged) storm just 30mi/50km away nonexistent - fed up of being lied to by some operators.
