Very kind costumer service!
After making a mistake online and booking twice the same flights, ive immediately received a call from Carlton Leisure alerting me of my mistake.
The person Ive talked to was extremely nice and explained into detailed what have succeeded and everything was sorted out very quickly.
I felt special for their concern! thats how anyone should feel with any kind of costumer service!
