Having booked & paid for my flights to Brazil flightcentre made a mistake return flights to London city airport instead of heathrow would only change them if I paid another £700 for THEIR mistake! Called Carlton Leisure explained my situation (waiting for refund from flight centre can't pay for new ticket) they happily reserved my tickets until the allocated day at the original price, even though the same flights were now an extra £200.
Fantastic Customer service Josh was amazing very helpful & completely understanding!
Won't be using flight centre ever again. Am totally converted to Carlton leisure!! They kept all their promises!!
