Beware! I tried to book through ckb travel or ”Maldivesoffers”. Got a good deal on Kudafushi, but got a bit worried and called the hotel. The booked room category didn’t even exist! I tried to get the deposit that I had paid back (€1200 and yes it was possible to cancel with the rate I had booked), but still nothing after 2 months trying. Also had to find alternative accomodation to suit plane tickets that could not be cancelled which was really expensive. So really bad experience for me.

I found this website on Google, and was sending an e-mail. The day after I got answer, and The service was excellent. We booked a room at rixos premium tekirova in Turkey. Yasman answered all of mine question. Have never had a service like this! Have still not have our holiday, but will go in 27 days. Are looking forward to our holiday, and I'm shure- we will book again. Thank you Yaman!

I can only agree more with the reviews. I had seen a good rate and just to try i booked. I am used to online but the not give this extra. I stayed in Embudu village woth my troublesome questions they kept the spirit of answering. We all know how hard planning is. We had avgreat time. And even after we stayed we had a check up email. Beside that i get the better offer from all the agents where i asked. Also the personel tuch did it for me. Yes. We had a great time. And easy all arranged up front.

A particular staff member at CKB has made our Maldives stay amazing. Despite our last minute inquiries and booking, CKB has been very efficient in prompt email replies and phone calls (even though CKB and us here in Singapore are in different time zones) and also in collaborating with the resorts we were interested in. Their quotes were very detailed and transparent. There were no hidden costs. Everything was paid upfront and so we didn't need to come out with any cash during our trip other then our own extra expenses. CKB made sure their quotes were within our budget and even recommended resorts within our budget. Trust your travel plans with CKB, do away with your worries! An advise to all who wants to book a hotel in Maldives be very sure that you know all the terms and conditions. To book a Water Villa/Bunglow, you must be 18yrs and above an it is limited to only 3pax per unit. Mr Yaman from CKB did a great job in arranging this for me otherwise one of us may still be surrendered in the Male airport. The arrange by CKB was great throughout, the moment we touch down at Male airport we were greeted by a hotel driver who brought us to Ripple Beach Hotel. We stayed there for a night and after breakfast we were taken back to the airport to take a domestic flight to Sun Island Spa and Resort. The flight took us almost half an hour. When we reach Sun Island we were greeded by the friendly staff and was brought to our room. We enjoyed our stay in Maldives throughout. Our only disappointemnt was that when we arrived at Male airport from Maldives before our departure to Colombo we were greeted by 2 gentlemen who have our full details (as in the our room no. in Sun Island). They offered us a land tour to Male and also a service to keep our luggage at the airport for $5 USD per luggage. Thinking that this was a service provided by CKB we took it up without much questioning. However instead of bringing us around Male the guide brought us to a restaurant which charges us $98 USD for 4 pieces of gralic naan, 4 pcs of tandoori chicken and 1 plate of butter chicken. After dinner we have less than half an hour to tour the Male City because we need to rush back to the airport. Upon reaching the airport we were greeted by another man who was sitting with a trolley with 5 of our luggage, total cost we had to pay him is $25USD. Meanwhile we still have to pay the guide another $20USD for the "so call 2hr" tour of Male City. I hope no one else get caught into this. Definitely CKB has nothing to do with this, I only got to know this from the "guide" while having dinner. They did this as part of "promoting Male City" Otherwise my trip to Maldives was a memorable one. Once again thanks to Mr Yaman and CKB Travel.

We travelers like good service and support. They were very helpful and good in answering. Also our final rate I checked and was very good. We stayed 7 days. And transfer snd all was good arraned with their host. The get the bigest compliment. The upgrade the gave was also so nice. I wished to have found them earlyer. Would have safed me my nerves with other online systhems.

It all started with me booking online a hotel in Maldives via CKBTravel.com. One of the worst decisions I made in my life. After I entered my credit card details and clicked 'book now' they sent me an email saying that the travel voucher will come in the next e-mail. That did not happen. I tried calling their '24/7' hotline and got through in another half an hour after first attempt. The guy on the other hand told me not to worry about anything and that my hotel is booked from the allotment (whatever that is supposed to mean) and right then I understood that I haven't given him the reference number. Okay, I admit, I might have been their only customer in a while so confusion was not possible, but the guy told me that right now I cannot check by the reference number (reason unknown). The whole interaction left a quite fishy impression on me, and boy I was right. The next day they sent me the travel voucher along with the note that they charged 20% of the stay (not mentioned on their website) and that's it, I am all set. Of course I had my doubt and I called the hotel right away. Guess what they have never heard about the booking. For several days I was trying to find the ends of this plot with the hotel, tour operator and CKBtravel.com staff. As I expected the next day I got an e-mail from the tour operator, saying that the hotel is fully booked and my reservation is canceled!!! I should mention that CKBTravel.com representative, Yaman, was very friendly and tried to help as much as he could, but, at the end nothing happened. They just offered to put me in some very-very bad hotels instead, with no additional charge!!! Really??? The offers were a joke. So this is how they work they have a nice hotel on their website, and they let you book it only to tell you later that that one is not available any longer and you have to stay somewhere else. AVOID.. AVOID... AVOID.. To all who come across CKBtravel.com make no mistake about it. This is not a booking.com or agoda.com or that sort of a thing. They have outdated information on their website and charge you for stuff that does not even exist.

I had made a reservation on line and all went very easy. I had a reply the next day and all was arranged. The good thing was that they did not send me to contact the hotels my self, all what i wanted and needed i asked them and they gave me a kind of working answer. I did with them my travel to Istanbul and a Maldives trip for my parents and all was very good in order. I believe i had a good deal and the good was that there was always some one to speak with.
