Holiday without the High Street

Having only ever used the High Street Travel Agents when a friend recommended Broadway Travel I was a bit nervous to say the least. What a pleasant surprise then when I phoned and booked our summer holiday to Crete. From the initial call through to my queries about .....well just about everything..the staff have been a joy to customer service..I feel that I have have been sold the best holiday/transfers and flights in the most cost effective, to me, way. I know exactly what paperwork to hand in where and when....what desk to attend and feel confident I have all the relevant paperwork for an easy journey to my holiday destination. All my questions were answered quickly, pleasantly and politely. I have worked in public service all my life and think that every company should go and find what they are doing at Broadway travel and imitate it....Well done to you all and keep up the good work...
