RUBBISH!

Having just returned from a holiday in Corfu, Broadway Travel have again messed up. I booked last year via Broadway Travel for 2 ladies to go to Corfu. I asked for both our bags to go in the hold of the aircraft but was told when I got to the airport that only 1 bag had been processed! In order for my luggage to accompany me I had to pay an extortianate amount of money. I broached the subject with the agents to be told it was my fault for not checking! They refused to refund or go halves on any money that I paid.
This year my friend booked the very same hotel via Broadway travel and asked for a room with twin beds. She was assured that ALL rooms in the hotel have twin beds. When we arrived we were shown a room with a double bed. Obviously this was not suitable and asked the hotel to find us another room which they couldn't because they were full.They suggested putting two single mattresses on top of the double bed!! This of course was not acceptable particularly as it was supposed to be a 5* hotel! They also suggested if we wanted to upgrade at an extra cost we could. As this was Broadway's muck up I suggested the hotel contacted them. I have suggested to Broadway that they have a check list for future bookings with anyone so thay don't mess it up!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
