Nine of us wanted a holiday in Greece, we contacted Broadway, their staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. Even when we emailed them back more than once on topics such as assistance as hotel's Reception was not 24 hours, their replies were almost immediate, concise and most helpful. Their Admin people were an absolute credit to the company. As a Managing Director myself of a service industry company I feel it justified to compliment Broadway on excellent customer service.
