After such a cool, dull spring here a four night, fully inclusive break in for £209 in Malta was too good an offer to miss.
The flight from Bournemouth was stress free and convenient and very swiftly we were away from the wintery conditions here into the warmth and sunshine of Malta.

After a quick transfer to the hotel, we changed into summer clothes and explored the local area returning to the hotel later for drinks by the pool followed by a leisurely dinner.
The next three days we travelled around exploring the island on the local buses which are great value with daily tickets costing E2.60.
There is so much history in Malta with many interesting places to visit - Valletta, Silema, Mosta, Marsaxlokk to name but a few and of course boat trips and maybe a visit to one of the islands.
All in all, a very enjoyable trip particulary in spring before it gets too hot & humid, we would definately like to back again.
