My party of 4 paid for Hotel transfers in advance,we did not receive and had to book a taxi to the airport at an extra cost of 40 euro.
Paid for transfers at a cost of £50 at time of booking and unable to get a refund,they are blaming the shuttle company in Majorca and they will not refund the cost to Broadway so they will not refund to us although we booked it through Broadway.
Customer service very poor and very difficult to get through to them and when you do they fob you off blaming everyone else and taking no responsibility whatsoever although they have taken your money.
