My girlfriend booked a holiday in February to Gran Canaria with these muppets. They failed to send her her "holiday pack" with boarding passes etc. (they admitted this, eventually). Their system failed to book the accommodation (again, only admitted under duress), leaving my girlfriend and her female travel partner wondering if they were going to end up sleeping on a beach. Helpful people in resort found them some, unfortunately substandard, poorly located accommodation and they did their best to enjoy their holiday.
Three letters to Broadway later and they have been mealy-mouthed, self-contradictory and thoroughly unsympathetic, even having the gall to suggest that my girlfriend should have done more to sort things out herself whilst on holiday. Leave well alone.
