ONLY GIVING ONE STAR AS I CANT CHOOSE LESS. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF MERCHANTS, BOOKED A HOLIDAY AND WITHIN 3 DAYS WE REALISED WE COULD NOT GO AND HAD TO CHANGE TO THE WEEK BEFORE, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US 500£ TO CHANGE AND THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY PUT IT UP TO 720£, WHICH IS MORE PER PERSON THAT THE HOLIDAY COST TO START WITH, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALINGM, THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE, IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP ME GET ANY MONEY BACK, PLEASE EMAIL ME leaparry@yahoo.co.uk

Hello, I have recently had a similar problem, booked a trip to amsterdam to in a 4* hotel, the payment went through fine but then an hour later I got a call saying the hotel I had booked for had stopped the offer and that they had changed our hotel to a 3* and miss sold me a load of lies saying it was very close to the city centre and that everyone they know loves it. After reading a number of terrible reviews on this hotel and finding out it is a 50 minute journey to the city centre I have phoned to try and get changed back to or get put in a different hotel.The staff have been extremely rude and not willing to help at all, unless we pay quite a large sum on top of what we've already paid.My arguement is that if the hotel we wanted wasnt available they should have told us that before talking any money and now we are stuck with a holiday that we are not looking forward to and to be honest would rather not have.
I was wondering if you managed to get anything sorted with your problem?I hope you did and If so can you please tell me how.
The company should not be allowed to behave like this.
