The agent we dealt with was polite and helpful throughout our booking, We were offered a good variety of holidays which matched our needs.
It felt like we were having a face to face meeting rather than on the telephone, No matter how many times we changed our mind about a holiday the person would try another hotel or flight combinations.
We needed to book hotel and parking arrangements and this was organised for us.
We have had difficulties with down loading our tickets and this is being dealt with,
