I reserved a flight on their website, and I paid for that 400Euros. One hour later I received an email that the flight I have "booked"! Is not available anymore!!!! And I can chnage my flight to the next day late night!! Which obviously wouldn have helped me at all. I neede that specific time to fly.
I replied I dont want that late flight. They said the money was just freezed and not taken away from my card, but now after more than 2 weeks, still the money is not back!!
They dont pick the phone, and only calling wih the answering maschine has cost me 10 Euros!
Never Ever I will use this company.
AVOID!
