I booked my flight trough bravofly and recently wanted to change my returning flight. There is absolutely no way to contact them trough email, only phone. So I phoned, I called from a foreign country calling to another foreign country and phone call lasted absolutely ages cos the woman I was speaking to knew nothing, she was saying "just a moment please" and it took her forever to check whatever I was asking her. In the end she said I can pick whichever date I want for my returning flight and that they will send me confirmation trough email. I asked if I have to pay anything extra and she said yes, but had no clue how much. Next day I got email from bravofly saying they can't change my flight at all. Couldn't she tell me that in that very long phone call that's gonna cost me a fortune? And why the hell they don't have online customer service where customers could contact them trough email and they'd have time too look into things and give correct answers.
The next day I even received survey to give my opinion about their customer service and I gladly answered it but answers giver to choose from are only generic, there is no way they can read from my answers how deeply disappointed I am with them.
I just wish I'd read these reviews before booking with them.
