Found a roundtrip flight fråm Manila Philippines to Kalibo Philippines. Called Bravoflys customer service to ask how many kilos for checked in luggage before booking the flight. Bravoflys customer service informed me that it was 20 kilo/person, so we booked the flight. When we checked in at Manila airport they informed us it was only 10 kilo/person and we had to pay a penalty fee x 2 (roundtrip) because of our excess baggage. Writing to Bravofly several times about the wrong information I had from the customer service and that I want a refund but they dont care at all because they say they dont have any track of my previous phonecall before booking the ticket. Bravofly, the worst company ever. I will never book a flight with them again.
