Customer service costs 6 euros each time you talk to them.
They provide you misleading and wrong info such as issuing a ticket for an infant is not necessary and can be done on the spot at the airport when checking in. WRONG! Airlines confirmed that issuing a ticket is mandatory and if we do it at the airport we might not get a bassinet for the baby. Bravofly provides perfect advises to spoil your holidays.
They claim that if you need to modify your ticket they will contact the airlines, in reality for the 6 euros that you pay they just ask you to call the airlines yourself.
We will never ever book via this travel agent again.
