“No ticket, money frozen”

Ive booked a ticket from london to rio and got an email that due to some technical problems on site my ticket cant be pursued, they took from my bank avcount 620 pounds and after 5 days i still didnt get the money back!! Which is very uncomfortable because i need to buy a new ticket very soon and i dont have those money on my account yet!! What is more the price shown was 560 pounds and they charged my account on 620 pounds!! I called the customer service and the lady said that the ticket wasnt issued and it usually takes up to 10 days to get the money back!
