After booking a ticket an automated email sent me this within minutes of the booking. After I got this email- they charged my credit card, now I have to ask the bank to refund the money. A useless website- I hope they go out of business very fast so other can avoid the pan in the ass problems they make for travelers. Shame that Kayak still promotes them.
