On my Christmas flight from Copenhagen to Bangkok i had purchased a business class ticket for the outbound flight. However two days after i received notice that a scheduled change had occurred and that my flight was leaving from Cairo to Bangkok 35 minutes earlier (same flight number).
Now the problem is that they also decided to downgrade me to economy class at the same time for the whole flight with out any mention or talk of compensation.
I've been in contact with their customer service department on the phone and was assured they would correct the problem. However they have not done anything and are no longer replying to my inquiries. I have contacted Bravofly customer service over email and they are just giving me a stock reply about the airline not offering any compensation for schedule changes and are now no longer replying to my emails.
I will never use Bravofly or Cairo air again.
