reception service is very poor and rude
hotel manohar
we booked room for three days
booking was done in my name,
I produced my ID during booking
than he demanded my wife's ID, unfortunately she lost her wallet during journey some where,
since it was sunday we couldn't get duplicat from our office
I begged him that I will produce it very next day,
since I came with family , wife & a kid
still he did't obey
we where thrown out
shame on there service
