We use Booking.com for most of our trips, we have never had any problems with any bookings we have made in the UK, Europe and worldwide. On our recent trip we were delayed at the airport for over 2 hours which meant we would be arriving at our destination past midnight, we were aware that the apartment staff would not be there so we called Booking.com direct when we were unable to contact the apartment staff. They were able to make contact for us and then transferred the call so that we could arrange how to obtain access to the property. The service we received put our minds at rest and ensured that we had a great holiday.
