unsafe

my friend and i have just returned from a not so relaxing break in Poland . we booked an apartment in Krakow via booking.com- wassal apartments.
the apartment was supposedly in a residential area and we had to sign an agreement to say we would not make any noise after 11 pm.
the entrance to the apartment was pitch black at night and we had to find our way down a long hallway and up 2 flights of stairs .
once at the apartment we found it had numerous locks and 2 front doors ... not a good sign.
there was no microwave and no TV with English channels as advertised.
also it was above 2 bars and we got absolutely no sleep .
there was no mention of this at all in the apartment details.
we were frightened and rung booking.com on several occasions - to this day we have had no reply.
we stated we felt unsafe and wanted a move - being prepared to pay the difference.
we are totally disgusted and will never book again with booking.com .
