I had the most horrible experience. Used this website. Got an email with a Confirmation number, everything looked fine. When I arrived at the hotel they were over sold it was Spring Break everything was sold out! it was a mission to get to speak with them had to wait for more than 45 minutes on hold at midnight and they were not able to help me. PLEASE be very careful go straight to the hotel website. confirm yourself that you are booked! I hope this will never happened again to any body!
