We booked with Booking.com and the price they quoted was incorrect. The resort charged me more and claimed that booking.com only had one person in the room. We were in a foreign country so had to pay the extra because what are you going to do. I emailed booking.com with my problem and got no response and still have not 5 days later. I called and the agent was no help and kept laughing about my problem. I will NEVER use booking.com again. Horrible to non existent customer service.
