Tried to resolve an issue with their service personnel but was lucky to get 2 words in. I was in the wrong as soon as I said 'hello'. Very traumatic experience; they have absolutely no intention of trying to make things right.
Any perceived savings advantage gained over 2 years of experience with Booking.com was lost in one single transaction.
In future will go to any lengths to avoid using their service. It's just not worth it.
