Had the first and last experience with Booking.com. The price quoted was not for what had been inputted into the search engine, it was only clear AFTER the booking. I had to pay more! As it was a non-refundable booking I lost out, it was cheaper on 3 other sites. Customer service are nice but the booking engine is either flawed or designed to trick you into using the site. I book at least 9 long haul trips a year and for the first time ever I feel tricked.
What are the true prices for each booking!
