As the owner, when the system of booking will make double booking, property cannot do anything. Contacting booking all you will hear is sorry , not our problem. Client don't want to change for other property, so the only thing is let the client arrive and inform that they stay in other hotel since this is booking polices! So the owner did nothing and the client have the worst holiday in their life! You cannot do anything try to call later, months and months with no solution! If ever happen when you hear "overbooking" make sure on writing from booking that your cancellation is free, cancel!! And than don't use booking ever again! Google property!!!!!
