Firstly let me say that generally I am very happy with Booking.Com and the service they provide, both in terms of the bookings I have made and their customer service. If I was rating this element of the service I would give a 5* rating.
However, I recently had issues with one of the establishments they advertise. Booking themselves were helpful and did what they could to resolve my issues. My complaint is that when I wanted to outline my dreadful experience as a warning to other travelers in respect of being refused admission to the property as a result of the property's non response to my communication with them, I was not allowed to write an honest and evidenced view of the situation to warn other travelers. Booking.Com will not accept my Review as I had not stayed at the property. The comments were very relevant to other travelers who could be put at risk by booking at this accommodation.
I feel that comments about the accessibility/non accessibility to premises is as valid and needs to be shared on their site as the quality of the accommodation.
