The photos were nothing like the rooms, I feel like this was false advertising....I felt very let down and upset as the few days break was a birthday surprise....The room we stayed in was dirty, there were damp patches on the wall the carpet was dirty and stained, the lamp was broken and so was the shower...immediately I complained and asked to be upgraded and the reply was all the rooms were the same....I also complained about the large long covering of the lamp above our bed as every time we turned it on the dirt was thick and lots of dead insects were in there...despite the complaint nothing was done....the only positive notes was that it did have hot water although we had to hold the shower with our hand to wash and the metro was near by.....please please please if you looking for a nice short break do not stay here, I'm sure there are better hotels out there
