From my recent experience:
- very bad customer service,
- actual hotels never looked as good as those in the photos,
- some descriptions may lack vital information, while others can contain wrong/ obsolete data,
- comments are sorted in such a way that it is difficult to view recent feedback first,
- some comments appear to be written/ translated by a machine,
- very tricky T&C's...
