I have booked my ticket but without notice booking.com cut additional 119 euro from account before 25 days of travel.I got message from my bank "Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXXX has been used for a transaction of EUR 119.00 at HOTEL FRANCAIS (June 27, 2014; 22:42:11 hrs.)".

I have called to customer care of booking.com but still didn't found back my money.

My BOOKING NUMBER: 784460015

Hi,

Thank you for providing your details. The hotel advised they pre-authorized your card, which is not a charge, only a hold that should be released within a few days. I will follow up with you shortly by phone or e-mail to obtain more information.
