“Do not bother hopeless”

Nothing good to say about this company, will never use the Booking. Com again, you are better of phoning the hotel etc directly to ensure you are booked. On two occasions we thought we had rooms booked only to turn up to find there were no rooms in our name, such was the case this Easter Weekend complete nightmare having to find other accommodation.
