I was 5 nights in standard guest room in radisson blu istanbul
Our room was not ready till 2:30
One of my important facilities to choose the hotel was swimming pool which was under construction and it was not mentioned in their website, besides they didn't discount or even apologize for that.
We were a lot waiting to check in, they have just 3 stations that 2 of them doing checking in affairs.
The mini bar was empty. You should call for everything that was uncomfortable.
The bathroom doesn't have toothbrush! We called for it.
The bathroom doesn't have hand-washing gel just soap , its a bit low level!
Even time they charge room they forgot to put our glasses every time we call for that.
It is a 5 star hotel but doesn't have cloth towel.
The hotel doesn't have taxi by himself !!!
