“You can't trust a price.”

I booked hotel in Paris, booked flights and come paris attractions tickets. But after more than a week i received an e-mail from booking.com that there was mistake in reservation system and the price is higher so they have to cancel my reservation or pay them more.

It should not by that way.

I'm very sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by this human mistake. As my colleagues already explained, this was an obvious error whereby the incorrect rates were loaded at an extremely low level. I apologize once again for the inconvenience.

That is not true, I heard it 1000 times from you, but its just a cheap excuse.

I used booking.com month earlier and booked hotel with almost the same discount and that was promotion and this time, same discount and that is error....

You have a mess in your system, deal with eat .... and just don't lie in here.
