Booking.com helped me a lot when hotel in Rome was overbooked. I simply called to customer service and Booking.com forced Hotel to accept my reservation. Later I deicovered that hotel sold it to another guest as he was staying for a week not only for the weeked! fortunately Booking.com protected me from potentially ruined weekend. Thanks Booking.com! Great service!
