Until recently, I had a good opinion of you. But this year, the same blunders. Zero sense of responsibility for his actions. Dismissal and cancellation of reservations already confirmed that the recall only the last 10 days. Canceled Kiev, Paris, Barcelona, Prague, Berlin. Got to the point that he no longer know what is promotion and what is wrong. It is impossible to plan the trip. Portals after it created so everyone can find the best deal. Fear for them to base their travel plans. I'm sorry but unless you become a guest loyalty. I do not recommend.

I'm very sorry to hear about the cancellations and the inconvenience caused by this. As my colleagues already explained, this was an obvious error where the incorrect rates were loaded at an extremely low level.
