Dear booking, you should defend your clients, not hotels. Many years I wasn't afraid make reservations with you, now I'm afraid... Do not know day or hour when an e-mail comes to me.... "your booking was cancelled because of error". Yup, You took my money, I make preparation for travel and one day you wrote to me this word - cancelled...
