I've often used Booking.com to book various hotels over the past few years and after all this time I've now lost my faith in what used to be a reliable good service. I booked a hotel that was advertised as book now, pay later to only find the full price had come out of my bank a week later. For the past 2/3 weeks I've sent numerous of emails asking for a refund to both the hotel and booking.com to still not of received it and I'm now starting to question if I will ever get my money bank! Becareful when booking a book now, pay later with booking.com! False advertising in my eyes!
