I was charged for a room and I was at work that night in a different state. Called hotel they would not help. Called booking they would not correct my bill. So I had to cancel it through my credit card company

I'm sorry to hear about this. After a reservation is made, a confirmation is automatically sent to the guest that has the hotel's conditions and policies listed for guest to review. I would like to look into this situation further. Can you please provide me with your booking number?
