I booked a hotel in Hong Kong through booking.com from Oct 16 to Oct 18 2013. When I arrived, I found the room was not as Booking.com claimed: no AC, broekn pohone, leaking toilet tank and making loud noise all time, broken walls, no desk as Booking.com showed in pcitures...... I asked Booking.com cancel and refund me, they said they informed the hotel to refund me for early checking out. Later they said the hotel refused refund and Booking.com could not do help.
