I booked a hotel in Hong Kong through from Oct 16 to Oct 18 2013. When I arrived, I found the room was not as claimed: no AC, broekn pohone, leaking toilet tank and making loud noise all time, broken walls, no desk as showed in pcitures...... I asked cancel and refund me, they said they informed the hotel to refund me for early checking out. Later they said the hotel refused refund and could not do help.
