I has booked a hotel through booking.com. Many hotels and their details were easy to review on their site. By mistake I entered a wrong date on the booking, even though the booking was not cancellable type I called booking.com and emailed a request to the hotel and they accomodated my request. The staff of booking.com were very cooperative and polite.
