My hotel reservation was canceled because I did not respond within 24 hr on their email. After saying they accept AMEX they emailed me that they don't and when I tried to reach them to renew my credit card info they said it's canceled because I didn't reply within 24hr. Got the email on Friday called on Monday morning. Fine, I guess I was late. My fault. The 24 hour warning was in the email.
When I called booking.com they were very rude and unfriendly. Couldn't care less and and did not try to help at all.. Worst customer service ever! NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN!
