This site has terrible customer service. Do NOT use! Pick up the phone and book the hotel yourself and save a huge headache! I lost $1450.00 because of this site on a room that was supposed to be 'PAY AS YOU STAY'. Read the fine print in the terms and conditions! They advertise pay as you stay but once you make that booking, the booking is classed as NON-REFUNDABLE! Just like that, money gone. I won't even stay at the hotel and it's going to charge my card on August 2nd, and there is nothing I can do about it! FURIOUS!
