We were two couples travelling June/July for a month throughout USA & Canada. I used Booking.com 7 times and never had an issue; with either acccurate info regarding the hotel booked or the price quoted. I emailed each hotel separately before departure stating that I wanted to check that all was in order before travelling; I made sure I covered anything I wanted confirmed such as cost, type of room and number of guests and parking. Then when I travelled I had the hotel's confirmation in writing in case I had any issues but none eventuated. We were charged the exact rate as quoted by Booking.com and the facilities were as noted. I'd definitely use their service again but recommend you do a separate search on the net for any reviews of the hotel before booking, rather than relying on Booking.com's ratings. I changed my mind several times doing this. Also Booking.com had to cancel a booking due to a Vegas hotel being closed for renovation and I had no problem with refund of my deposit.
